Thin-film transistors are a special type of field-effect transistor technology that TFT screens are based on. This technology has advanced very much in recent years that these screens can be ideally used in lifts. It is not unusual to see more and more large information screens in the lifts of big office buildings instead of the usual direction indicators.

Major advantages of the new LCD displays are their exceptionally clear and uniform characters and the durable and evenly illuminated white LED back light. As every pixel is addressable separately, they offer almost unlimited design options and are deployable with the utmost flexibility. Their low power consumption translates into perceptibly decreased operational costs.

The graphical LCD displays represent the top range of our extensive display series. The LCD 101 is characterized by a high-contrast display with simultaneously extremely uniform illumination, which is reflected in the outstanding readability.

Our proven 7-segment display forms the basis of the Kollmorgen display series. The one-digit display, with up and down arrows, is characterized by easy readability, space-saving dimensions, high illumination, and a particularly affordable price-performance relationship.

The dot-matrix display 611 offers a single-digit floor indicator and a directional arrow, both can scroll independently. The numbers measure 35mm on the LED 611 and 50mm on the LED 612 top to bottom respectively. The display is available with plate oriented vertically (611V) or horizontally (611H) to the display so it can be mounted even under severe space constraints.

Our dot matrix displays are characterized by a number of displayable characters, as well as their ability to scroll. Displays showing the current floor and directional arrows scroll independent of one another. The control system is easy to put into place using all available coding protocols, and can be tailored to specific needs. The height of the numbers on the LED 621 is 30mm, and on the LED 622 it is 50 mm.

KBI is a bus enabled dot matrix display controlled by the serial Kollmorgen shaft bus. The display features two seperate fields, 16x8 for floor level or ticker style text and 8x8 for directional arrows. The powerful floor module offers serial interfaces for two calls. All connectors are pluggable. Texts can be displayed ticker style.

Our LED711 and LED712 directional arrow modules offer a fitting product solution for indicating the current direction of travel, as well as showing the intended future direction of travel. The modules are particularly small, and thus are even suitable for use in very narrow door spaces. The display is available both in red and in blue.

hakotec information fields are characterised by their homogenous illumination of the whole field. The illuminated field size of 100x120mm suits itself especially well as information field for panels or double banked car fixtures and offers enough space for text and logos. The luminary assures highest colour fastness and durability.

Illuminated fields are available in various different colours. hakotec offers illuminated fields in distinct sizes especially designed for landing fixtures, cop, and car fixtures. They can display signals as WEIGHT LIMIT EXCEEDED, FIRE, or OUT OF ORDER. The fields shapely and flushing make fits in very well with the sophisticated overall design.
